When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving them. Carrier delivery times vary but you can check the status of your delivery via the notification emails you will receive from us.

Do you ship oversees?

Yes, we can ship overseas. These orders are done on a case by case basis though and you will need to make contact with us direct via email to make that happen.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

It's really important that you enter all the correct information when placing your order this is because sometimes it is too late to change information in the processing time. If you request a change within a few hours of your order being placed it should be fine but unfortunately after six hours the order will be on its way to being processed.

My goods received doesn't match what I ordered..
